Adjusts passing hollow (crescent-shaped notch) and sizes
jewel-hole slots of pallets, using holding fixture and
burnishing wheel: Locates pallet over hole in fitxure. Pushes
pallet into stop against V-shaped lap to adjust passing hollow.
Holds pallet against carbide burnisher to size jewel slots
according to specified width and depth. Turns fixture during
burnishing to round walls of jewel slot.
